Samuel Eto's was reported last Tuesday that He got married to his long ex-lover.

According to information, Samuel Eto's wedding took place at Stezzano, Italy as thousands of people went there to see Samuel Eto's and his wife at the Church.

Samuel Eto's is believed to be 35 years old, who spent his career in the world of football especially his two seasons in Serie A with Inter Milan before another spell with Sampdoria, was dressed in a sharp grey suit and arrived in a vintage car.

At the wedding ceremony, many were present to express their love and gratitude for the ex-Barcelona striker.

Ghana's Talented Footballer, Atsu is back to Chelsea

Ghana's talented winger Christian Atsu has returned to English giants Chelsea after being recalled by the Blues from a frustrating loan spell at Premier League rivals Bournemouth, insiders have told Ghana's leading football news website, GHANAsoccernet.com.

The 23-year-old's return to Chelsea is a massive boost in his career as he stand-in boss Gus Hiddink wants to consider the Ghanaian for selection as he was hardly used by the Cherries in his six-month stay at the newly-promoted club.

Atsu has already been thrown at the deep end at Chelsea as he has already started training with the Blues.

The Ghana international was on a standard loan agreement with Bournemouth which means the terms could be reconsidered during the transfer window.

With the window opening today in many countries in Europe, Chelsea have decided to take advantage of the law to recall the Ghana star who was originally loaned out for one season, just six months into the deal.

The Dutch trainer will observe him for some few days before deciding whether to allow him to stay and help Chelsea to battle relegation.

The coach could send him on another loan spell most likely in England, France, Holland or Portugal - where there is intense interest in the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations best player - if he is not impressed.

Hiddink has recalled Atsu because the talented winger excelled during his one-season stay in Holland in 2014 and has received positive reviews about the player which has resulted in the decision to hand him another Chelsea chance.

Meanwhile Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has also confirmed that Atsu has returned to Chelsea

Ivory Coast international and former Wigan defender Steve Gohouri is dead.

This is a short blog post to announce the sudden death of the porpular Ivory Coast international and former Wigan defender named  Steve Gohouri.

Ivory Coast international and former Wigan defender Steve Gohouri has died at the age of 34.

The defender, who as well as representing the Latics played in the top flight in Switzerland and Germany, was reportedly found dead in the River Rhine, having gone missing before Christmas.

One of Gohouri's former clubs Borussia Monchengladbach, posted on Twitter: "Borussia are mourning the loss of Steve Gohouri. Our thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family."

Gohouri had been playing in Germany's fourth tier with TSV Steinbach, who released a statement on December 16 confirming that Gohouri had gone missing.

Gladbach's Guinean winger Ibrahima Traore tweeted: "RIP my brother Steve Gohouri. No Word for such a drama."

Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari performed the sacred Islamic rite of Umrah over the weekend.

The rites which is popularly known as the ‘minor pilgrimage’ is a non-compulsory ritual undertaken by Muslims at any time of the year in Mecca.

Muntari who plays for Saudi Arabian club Ittihad FC took time off to make the short trip to the holy city to perform the Islamic rite.

The former AC Milan star decided against being with his family for the Christmas festivities to perform the sacred rite.

Literally meaning ‘to visit a populated place’, the performance of Umrah includes Tawaf which is circling the Kaaba seven times in anticlockwise direction.

Men are encouraged to do this three times at a hurried pace, followed by four times, more closely, at a leisurely pace.

There is also the performance of a sa’i which means rapidly walking seven times back and forth between the hills of Safa and Marwah.

This is a re-enactment of Hajar’s frantic search for water while baby Ishmael cried and hit the ground with his foot (some versions of the story say that an angel scraped his foot or the tip of his wing along the ground), and water miraculously sprang forth.

This source of water is today called the Well of Zamzam.

Then there is the performance of a halq or taqsir, meaning a cutting of the hair.

A taqsir is a partial shortening of the hair, whereas a halq is a complete shave of the head, except for women, as they cut a little amount of hair instead.

These rituals complete the Umrah, and the pilgrim can choose to go out of ihram.

Although not a part of the ritual, most pilgrims drink water from the Well of Zamzam. Various sects of Islam perform these rituals with slightly different methods.

The peak times of pilgrimage are the days before, during and after the Hajj and during the last ten days of Ramadan.

Guillermo Rigondeaux stripped of his WBO world title due to inactivity

Junior featherweight world champion Guillermo Rigondeaux was stripped of one of his 122-pound title belts because of inactivity.

The WBO world championship committee voted unanimously at its 28th annual convention, which is taking place in Orlando, Florida, this week, to vacate the belt, rejecting Rigondeaux's plea in a "show cause" letter the organization had asked him to provide stating his case to remain champion.

Rigondeaux (15-0, 10 KOs), 35, is a two-time Cuban Olympic gold medalist who defected and now lives in Miami. He won the WBO's version of the title when he outpointed Nonito Donaire to unify it with his WBA belt in April 2013. But Rigondeaux has only fought three times since.

He has not boxed since Dec. 31 in Japan, where he was knocked down twice in the seventh round by unknown Japanese challenger Hisashi Amagasa before rallying for an 11th-round knockout victory.

The WBO sent Rigondeaux and his promoter, Caribe Promotions, a letter Oct. 7 directing them to "show cause" as to why he should not be stripped of his title because, under WBO rules, it has the unilateral discretion to vacate a title "if the champion fails to defend his title within a nine-month period."

With Rigondeaux idle for 10 months and nothing in the works, the WBO followed its rules and stripped him of the title. To fill the vacant title, the WBO will order on Thursday a fight between Mexico's Cesar Juarez (17-3, 13 KOs), No. 1 in the organization's ratings, and No. 2 Donaire (35-3, 23 KOs).

Top Rank, which promotes Donaire and used to co-promote Rigondeaux, is making plans to put Juarez-Donaire on its truTV-televised card Dec. 11 at a site to be determined.

In the Rigondeaux/Caribe response to the WBO "show cause" order, they argued in an Oct.16 letter that Rigondeaux should be granted an exception because of a "lack of appropriate available opponents willing to fight" and that "it would be an abuse of discretion to vacate because Mr. Rigondeaux has never failed to defend against the mandatory challenger."

In its ruling, the WBO said it was "not moved to consider the reasons contained therein to constitute 'cause' for Mr. Rigondeaux's failure to comply with our regulations for world championship contests."

The WBO further said in its ruling that "this committee shares Team Rigondeaux's opinion that he is a fighter of utmost skill and pedigree, a gifted athlete that is not only perhaps the greatest amateur boxer ever, but also one of the top pound-for-pound professionals in the world, and we also recognize that Mr. Rigondeaux's talent, record of accomplishment and complicated style, invariably pose difficulties securing premium fights on the top-tier stage.

But that it is the boxing promoter's paramount responsibility -- not ours or that of any sanctioning organization for that matter -- to secure, organize, and produce such fights."

However, Rigondeaux remains WBA super-bantamweight champion
